1. My phone calls have all been answered swiftly and professionally and directed to the right person- who again answered swiftly.
2. My questions regarding the fitting of my Gatemaster digital Gate lock answered in a way I could understand, solutions to my problems found and relevant items ordered to resolve the issues.

Excellent service. It was great to deal with a company that made you feel like they wanted to help you, wanted to give you their time, rather than hiding behind online forms and chatbots. The KitKat on delivery is also a very nice touch.
