Signet Locks Returns and Refunds

Returns –

Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery either by email or by calling 01243 552066.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging, items not in resalable condition will not be accepted for return.

We will issue a full refund or credit upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if you preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

    1. Returned goods will only be accepted if received by signet within 14days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
    2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
    3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
    4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
    5. Goods may be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the value of the goods.

If the item is damaged or faulty please contact us with 7 days of receipt of the item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you accordingly.

After the return has been approved we will refund you via the original method of payment or issue a credit note.

Please note refunds can take up to 7 days to process.
